Lac La Biche Camping

Bold Center Campground, Fork Lake Campground, Owl River Campground,

Sir Winston Churchill Provincial Park, Lac La Biche Lake

Located 5 km east of Lac La Biche on Hwy. 881, and 2 km north on Provincial Park Rd. With year-round cabins the islands of this park are open to be explored in summer and winter. Rentals of canoes, kayaks, and stand up paddleboards are available to discover the waters of Lac la Biche. Trails throughout the Old Growth Forest allow campers to hike and bike to all the sandy beaches.

Beaver Lake Provincial Recreation Area

6km southeast of Lac La Biche off Hwy. 881. Beaver Lake is a popular location for fishing, boating, and swimming. Group camping is available at the Beaver Lake Group Use Site, perfect for family reunions.

Crow Lake Provincial Park Campground

Approximately 120 km south of Fort McMurray on Hwy. 63. This beautiful northern lake is perfect for wildlife watching from a canoe, kayak, or other paddle equipment as Crow Lake Provincial Park is adjacent to Crow Lake Ecological Reserve

Ironwood Lake Provincial Recreation Area, Lac La Biche

17 km south of Lac La Biche on Hwy. 36, 5km east on Hwy. 55, 3km north on Range Rd. 132, 19 km east on Township Rd. 652, and 5 km south on Range Rd. 113, 3km east on Township Rd. 645, and 3km on access road. Ironwood Lake is a small lake that is perfect for wildlife watching, birding, and paddling.

Pinehurst Lake Campground

17 km south of Lac La Biche on Hwy. 36, 5km east on Hwy. 55, 3km north on Range Rd. 132, 19 km east on Township Rd. 652, and 7km north on access road. Pinehurst is a favourite destination for local anglers, and has a staging area outside of the campsite for OHV use for the trail network throughout Lakeland PRA.

Seibert Lake Campground

Seibert Lake Campground is located in Lakeland Provincial Recreation Area, 17 km south of Lac La Biche on Hwy. 36, 60 km east of Hwy. 55, and 20 km north on the access road. Just outside the entrance of the campsite, there is a staging area for OHV use for the trail network throughout Lakeland PRA, including access to Spencer Lake. Motorhomes are not recommended on Seibert Lake Trail (road). For road condition updates, please contact Lakeland District Office and review Advisories for Lakeland Provincial.

Touchwood Lake Campground, Lac La Biche

14 km north on Hwy. 881, 1 km east on Township Rd. 672, and 30km north on access road. Touchwood is a favourite destination for local anglers, and families looking to enjoy the clear water of the lake. Just outside of the campsite, there is a staging area for OHV use for the trail network throughout Lakeland PRA.
